Complete
Maintenance
This service restores the timepiece to
its original factory specifications and extends the life of the watch. Most
mechanical watches require a full maintenance every 3 to 5 years, depending on the brand. The complete maintenance includes
disassembly, cleaning,
overhaul if necessary and
reassembly of the movement where worn out parts are replaced.
Plating
Original plating on the watch can wear off over time. AzadWatch NYC offers Rhodium, 18k and 14k plating
options for your specific watch needs.
Refinishing
Bring back the original luster to
your watch. The
use of
the professional equipment restores the finish applied to the original watch material.
Battery
Replacement
On average a replacement battery
should last between 1 and 2 years. However, the life span of it depends on the age and quality of
the watch, as well as its functions and how often those functions are used. It is possible for a battery to last
longer, but it is recommended to replace the battery every year to avoid
potential leakage.
In
addition, we perform a water resistance test to detect leaks that can be
repaired during the battery replacement.

replacement straps and bracelets for your unique timepiece. Any items not
in-store can be special ordered.
Water
Resistance Maintenance
This maintenance includes the
replacement and lubrication of gaskets and seals to ensure continued water
resistance of the timepiece. It should be checked and resealed every year or
following every battery replacement (whichever comes first).
Setting
Customize your timepiece by setting
gemstones on it. We offer professional gem setting on most of the stainless
steel, gold and platinum watches.
